Do not send passwords, banking credentials, identity documents, or confidential client information.
How we use it
We use application information to review professional fit and discuss possible collaboration. We use contact messages to respond to questions, explain outreach, handle privacy requests, or record a request to stop contacting you. Providing information does not create an engagement or guarantee an opportunity.
Form submissions and email
Form submissions are emailed to NorthvaleConnect. Our team uses the messages and replies to review applications, respond to enquiries, and maintain correspondence. The website does not keep a separate submission database, but the information remains in email. A submission confirmation does not mean a person has reviewed your message.
Hosting, processors, and basic request data
Our hosting provider processes website requests and may keep logs containing IP addresses, request times, and browser information. Our email provider processes form submissions and correspondence. Contact us to ask which providers process your information, where they process it, and how long they retain it.
Cookies and analytics
The application does not include analytics, advertising trackers, tracking cookies, account sign-in, or payment processing. Fonts and artwork are served with the website. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information. Your browser controls its own autofill and history.
Retention
Form messages and correspondence remain subject to mailbox, hosting, and backup retention settings. A fixed retention period is not published here.
